AEW’s TV ratings have hit a shocking low. The October 2025 episode of AEW Collision drew just 217,000 viewers and a 0.03 rating — tying its all-time worst. Dave Meltzer reports that AEW’s shows, once near the top of cable rankings, are now struggling to crack the top 20, signaling a severe downturn.
Meltzer pointed out that a new Nielsen system has slashed 18–49 demographic ratings by as much as 30–40%, creating a massive problem for advertisers and networks alike. The result? AEW’s perceived market value has plummeted compared to a year ago.
While AEW’s fanbase remains loyal, the data paints a grim picture: the company’s once-premium programming is now seen as overvalued in a rapidly changing media world. Without a serious course correction, the promotion’s future on major TV platforms could be at risk.
