Britt Baker’s AEW Future Reportedly in Doubt After Social Media Change

Britt Baker’s AEW future may be uncertain. According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Baker recently removed AEW from her social media bio — a move that’s fueled speculation she’s done with the company. Meltzer noted that her absence from AEW Dynamite in her hometown of Pittsburgh was a major sign she “might not be used again.”

Though still under AEW contract (possibly through 2027), Baker has reportedly been ready to return — but AEW hasn’t called her back. Now, talk of a potential WWE jump has picked up, though Meltzer believes her in-ring style may not mesh well there. Once the face of AEW’s women’s division, Baker’s next move is now a mystery.
