A major update has surfaced regarding Drew McIntyre’s WWE future. According to Fightful Select, The Scottish Warrior’s new WWE contract will keep him with the company until at least WrestleMania 2028.
This news ends speculation about a potential JCW appearance, which former WWE writer Vince Russo had recently suggested. McIntyre, who once expressed interest in working with Juggalo Championship Wrestling, won’t be pursuing that goal anytime soon.
After recently challenging Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship, McIntyre now looks to regain momentum as WWE’s Raw brand begins its 16-man tournament to determine John Cena’s final opponent.
