However, WWE typically avoids replicating acts from rival promotions, instead choosing to rebrand incoming talent. According to Dave Meltzer, that makes Storm an unlikely target for WWE when her AEW deal eventually expires.
On top of that, Tony Khan would likely outbid WWE to keep her. With Storm cemented as one of AEW’s top stars, the cost to bring her in may not make sense for WWE, especially if she’d lose the very gimmick fans connect with.
