WWE Targeting Danhausen & Private Party as AEW Contracts Near Expiry

New reports reveal WWE is “very interested” in signing Danhausen and Private Party as their AEW contracts are set to expire soon.

Bodyslam.net notes movement could happen quickly, with Danhausen’s deal reportedly up this month. Other AEW contracts winding down include Renee Paquette, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, and Chris Jericho (whose deal ends in 2025).

Jon Moxley, however, remains under contract through 2027 — so no big surprises expected there. The coming months could test AEW’s ability to keep its roster together as WWE keeps watch.
