Seth Rollins’ SNME “Injury” Was Reportedly a Cover for a Real Issue Suffered Earlier

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez revealed Seth Rollins is genuinely injured but did not get hurt during the spot at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Instead, that spot was planned to cover for an existing injury. Rollins is currently in Birmingham for treatment and is expected to be out for a bit—though WWE may announce a longer timeline (like nine months) so he can return earlier as a surprise.
