Despite new WWE UK tryouts and Triple H insisting “It is” happening, many in the European wrestling scene remain skeptical about NXT Europe’s launch. Fightful Select reports that talent at recent tryouts weren’t told anything beyond the usual “it’s still coming.” Promoters are split: some think WWE is reacting to AEW’s growing European presence, while others see no major threat.
Former NXT UK stars say they’ll “believe it when they see it,” and talent hope for better pay if it does launch. But after nearly three years of empty promises, most are stuck in wait-and-see mode.
