WWE is reportedly exploring the idea of holding two WrestleMania events annually, with Saudi Arabia set to play a major role in the expansion of the brand.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed that WWE's long-term Saudi deal may include branding one of the country's major shows as "WrestleMania." This would not replace the traditional U.S.-based WrestleMania, but instead add an additional event under the WrestleMania name.
Meltzer noted that this could mirror WWE's past use of titles like "The Greatest Royal Rumble," and could ease public backlash while securing massive financial returns. The decision is not yet final, but with the Royal Rumble scheduled for Saudi Arabia next year, the company appears to be testing the waters for this bold move.
