Creative Team Set for WWE’s AAA Brand Launch

WWE has finalized the creative team for its newly acquired AAA brand, and it’s packed with veteran talent.

According to a report from PWInsider.com, the core team will include Jeremy Borash, Konnan, and Moody Jack Melendez—a trio with deep roots in wrestling storytelling and Lucha Libre culture.

Jeremy Borash is a longtime WWE producer and a key figure from the TNA era.

Konnan is a Lucha Libre icon and considered one of the key architects of AAA’s past and present.

Moody Jack Melendez is best known for his work in TNA (especially as the voice of LAX) and his production and commentary experience in Puerto Rico.

PWInsider also confirmed that Konnan and Melendez will be present at Worlds Collide on June 7. Additionally, Melendez and Savio Vega were spotted earlier this week at the WWE Performance Center, reportedly prepping for the WWE x AAA crossover event.

This experienced trio signals WWE’s serious intent to deliver authentic Lucha Libre with a WWE polish, as the company looks to expand its global brand partnerships.
